Four-Year Higher Institutions Scholarship Award Displacement Report

Important to note before reviewing our report: Scholarship award displacement is a hidden practice. When reviewing higher institutions' websites, we learned that many of the higher institutions' did not have a private scholarship policy on their website. Even if a higher institution had a private scholarship policy on its website, it was very difficult to comprehend. It is important to keep in mind that higher institutions may practice hidden scholarship award displacement by keeping in mind of renewal scholarships when calculating their financial aid for the next years.

We researched how many CT higher institutions had private scholarship policies on their website.
